Austin and Jordan Engagements

This was the easiest couple to work with, and they are so sweet together.  We took these in the late spring all over Utah county and they all look great, cause these 2 are perfect together!

This little lady was so sweet, and only 6 days old when we took these pictures.  Her hair was nice and dark and swirly and long, I love babies with hair!  She was in a great mood and slept some but mostly was awake, which was surprising for how young she was.  She also gave her dad a nice little wet surprise while he was holding her...

oh boy

8 months? that's how long it's been? what a horrid horrid excuse of a slacker i am. and i've taken pics since then, i just have let the blog go. newborns, engagements, album pictures, a wedding next weekend, bridals next week and more album pictures next week AND another engagement session?  see, i haven't been completely slacking in life. something about taking off the entire summer with your husband and traveling literally from washington to georgia and all the states in between (in a CAR!) and being knocked up (or trying to get there, heh heh...) just takes all the time in the world. but alas, damon has started med school and i have started doing nothing but lay on the couch and pray for my energy back. so i am about to break out the external hard drive and revamp this thing!

these two are so photogenic... i was excited when my old roomie called me and asked me to do some 'marrieds'. so fun, cute, hot, sassy...  as usual, blogger dropped some of my color. oh well.

i took these little girls forever ago, but i finally mailed them out today so i thought i could post them... they were so cute in their little blessing outfits.

i've been on a photo slump lately... 

maybe it's being engaged. and all the ridiculous DETAILS (for CRYING OUT LOUD!!) and the stress and tears that come about 80% of the time i try to decide anything.  maybe it's that i don't have any friends getting married or really needing pictures right now. or i'm just not putting myself out there    (but really, how many hundreds of am-photogs are in provo/slc area?)....

i haven't taken pictures of people or gone out on a photo safari in forever. 

and i need it bad.

next week damon has more med school interviews, and maybe i'll actually get out there and make something beautiful (you know, besides the 400 invitations that are in my backseat and need to be printed... or the 5 gallon bucket of tomatoes and peppers that need to be canned into something asap...)

so check back, i promise i'll try to get something amazing on here. maybe i'll get my sister to model again...
